I presume when you say revenue you mean receipts from customers as reported in the 4c?
The activities statement mentions a lag between B2B sales to payment, so receipts are a bit of a lagging indicator.
If you wait till the invoicing delays drop through to the bottom line you will be reacting to last quarter's results late.
It is usual to get paid same day for consumer sales on a credit card, but businesses get an invoice at the end of the month (so some items on that invoice could have occurred 29 days earlier) and then it is routine for payment to take another 30 days.
Considering the 4c covers up until the end of March, it doesn't reflect sales made in February or March that won't be paid in time to be reported.
If you look in the activities report they show substantial growth in sales made, which they call revenue.
