I've been progressively offloading over the last week. I don't have a good feeling about this acquisition. Low growth, odd time to sell, odd fit, poor transaction price. This sudden departure seems strange as well. The CEO seemed pretty decent but I don't know what happened in the background. It's peers have been doing well and leaving CV1 in the dust. The CEO has 14m shares if my records are right. I suspect they will be sold off. Good luck all
