Very frustrating and perplexing report! They are crowing about...

Very frustrating and perplexing report! They are crowing about having done so well, of finding new opportunities in Europe, of patting themselves on the back for their good stock picking prowess, and to be fair, have got a good return for the month.
All of this with no fund manager, and with a proposal to wind the fund up !
Why put out such a glowing and comprehensive report about how many opportunities are out there, along with the discussion of growth versus value stocks, if you have no intention of continuing the fund in ANY capacity?
Had they had a good fund manager or Garry Hui, I would have been quite happy to leave my money with them for the longer term. How can they expect me to have confidence in their report, when they have no confidence in themselves to manage a fund, or to appoint a fund manager. ?
They just seem directionless on one hand, and yet interested in picking stocks without a fund manager on the other, and then wanting to wind up the fund.....
No wonder the investors, including me, are confused !!!
