Worked with companies before that refused to pay suppliers due to differences of opinion with what the quality ordered should be. Of course that also worked vice-versa with some clients doing the same.
Just from Civmec's own announcement, sounds like a difference in opinion as to quality was not as expected. As to which part, no details. AJM has indeed praised them before, but that doesn't mean it was for the whole job, or if the job did stand up to the test of time within a warranty period.
Anyhow, await AJM'S side.
