they arent bankrupt tho are they, even if they had to pay the full 4.5 million plus amillion or so in legals, they have 50 million in reserve. There will be 2 sides to this dispute. James Brown is as honest and just as they come, id be surprised if altura are in the wrong but will wait and see, to suggest civmec could bankrupt them is downramping and best and pure idiocy at worse
