EWO. agreed that its not a bad report.There are 1 or 2 almost hidden gems in there that are pleasing.
1. Cash of $10.3m at 31/12. I got that about right (no tax payment nor Phoenix seismic costs in the Q).This is not one of the hidden gems.
2.NSE-F6. This morsel is still in the pipeline.
When they have both added 200 metres to the collection pipe and installed an ICD (we know now,for certain ,that the repair WILL include an ICD) we will get a healthy increase on the locked in 100 bopd(thats 100,not to be taken as 1000) . See "3" as a guide to the probability that we will potentially get MORE than the original 1000 bopd(thats 1000,not to be taken as 100!).
If the repair jobs(plural) are 100 % successful then there is the potential for 1100 to 1200 bopd-just a guess but Im trying to make a point here. Again ,see "3".
3. What all the fuss is about in "2".
NSE-F7.This well has been reported on twice before e.g. in the 25.11 Thai Report they said"Currently on production at a stabilised rate of 440 bopd. A likely candidate for a recompletion(with an ICD).
Now they say its on production at 540 bopd. That almost assuredly means that the ICD has upped the production by 100 bopd. That is superb.This increase is the basis for my hypothetical argument that NSE-F6...
