WOW @MarkHGO - what has gone wrong??? CWP have sold the shopping centre and adjoining 1ha of land for $60m. Well below the $63m + $20m you have referenced.....
Is this a please explain why the shopping centre and adjoining land was sold less than valuation??? Is management looking for those big bonuses again or artificitially increasing net profits by fire selling assets???
This company never seems to surprise with their mismanagement . Amateurs at best
