They have squat Diesel . No money and leases they can't afford to progress .
The deal with Strategic is in its infancy and looks like CBx are doing a bit of work to test the process .
Point being if it works with PLS dirt and a profitable venture can be completed then cbx could gain finance and pay for the dirt/rock etc . CBX is certainly very weak financially and their stock is illiquid but is Strategic Metallurgy ?
