Although it's a great announcement & it's excellent the SP is flying, I'd really like to think it'll make a difference with Novitas but I don't think it will. They've turned PEB down twice now, the 2nd time with an excellent submission from the AUA on behalf of PEB. I don't think the bureaucrats at Medicare care what the AUA thinks, they won't budge from their guidelines regardless.
