I say Posco JV is still very much on the cards and PLS is in a stronger position to cross the T's and dot the I's.

Posco have basically said it is going ahead and they would lose face if they failed to agree at this stage and PLS have options that POSCO knows is real.

Though the confidence shown by POSCO would indicate that what is remaining to be discussed is easily within reach unless PLS moves the bar.

Also bear in mind when the POSCO JV was mooted Alutura assets was not in play and POSCO could have wanted to up size the off take, which could have delayed the execution.
