On December 14, 2021, the company purchased 5,000,000 shares of Cyclone Metals Ltd (ASX:
CLE). On the same day, the Company entered into a loan agreement and provided CLE with funds of
$500,000 to CLE. The loan is repayable on February 28, 2022 and bears interest at 5% per annum.
Annually. The loan is secured by 25,000,000 unencumbered shares issued by CLE to CUFE Limited
(ASX: CUF). Mr. Antony Sage is a director of CLE.

Just a reminder:
at Cauldron Tony Sage was in management along with his brother....all TS companies have/had the same office.... Now Cylone Metals seems to be running out of money....they also borrowed 500,000 from European Lithium on 01/31/21 in which Cyclone (ex Cape Lambert) pledged the shares they hold in CUFE ......wo TS is also a boss....
With all the entanglements of the single companies of Tony Sage (Cyclone/ European Lithium / CUFE) nobody can see through anymore
