Russia has been a major supplier of one of the materials to manufacture microchips.
This is now another issue for the motor vehicle industry and CXZ.
The other issue for CXZ is the cost/retaining technical people - they change positions like the wind (offer more and they are gone) CXZ does not have the firepower (cash) to pay for top range techno's
So we have now got a company in limbo. An excellent contract with GM, but basically a revenue source to keep the company alive. The traditional car industry is now undergoing massive change.
Maybe an opportune time to bite the bullet and do massive share consolidation/raise capital and find a new techno/or alternative business model.
Just may CXZ has reached the end of the line in its current form and structure
