The announcements from this company (MC sub-$10m) are so polished and detailed compared to some other companies I hold with MC >$500m. I am always impressed at the clarity provided, a vote of confidence in my perspective.
This strategy reads to be extremely sound to me, attracting & retaining top talent through Long Term Incentive seems like a very reasonable and pragmatic offer by the Board. Certainly as a shareholder, I welcome any incentive for the employees of CXZ to maximise the value of the share price, and what better way than through Share incentives. A buy-back to minimise Dilution is also welcomed, especially considering the BS.
