Great news on both fronts. While there are no guarantees in terms of revenue - it's excellent to see that tangible steps are being taken to grow the company's client base.
While the equity management strategy scheme appears to be dilution neutral it is a clever way of moving equity from loose retail holders to 'sticky' company employees which will be escrowed. This should rectify the current overhang issues we are facing from the massive dump into the free float a year ago. Over time, the register should get much tighter which will facilitate sustainable share price appreciation. Love it!
