Would be nice. Volume is picking up so there is something going on here.
TNK deal looks like it's guaranteed at this point. Are we seeing people move from GEM (serious issues) and TNK (limited upside) into MFD?
Even Evolve seems to be having some issues. MFD isn't setting the world on fire by any stretch of the imagination but it is just nicely plodding along without issue.
We really need management to start aggressively buying centres. I'm not sure why it is taking them so long? Ever other operator is able to find centres for sale.
