To focus on the Foreign distributors total sales, Big number mentioning, is disingenuous at best. To make any assumption about what your sales might be, pure speculation. Got a Knuckle rap for that and the SP price is now rationalizing these "promises".

The restatement re-calibrates all this correctly, it is something potentially positive. They are in the market(s), and the markets are really tough, but the company is alive.

Gucci, as it is your background, could you opine on the qualifying word "Circa", on all the numbers, I missed the "Circa" Profits. In some other markets, they frown on the qualifier.

I have never used the word "Circa" considering that in Audit we are looking for more accuracy so the meaning is no other than the dictionary meaning of "approximately" which we all are understanding I am sure... "forecast" is what management is aiming at all time and consistently revised in all management accounting for all Companies.
