do they though? if it's via a JV/If it's the JV 'winning the contracts' on paper.
I had the same thought that iSoftstone is just funnelling money through the NetLinkz JV, I mean there are several announcements, where they straight out say iSoftStone will be carrying out the work on behalf of the company.
Also explains as H said, how they knew pre covid what the revenue would be, and why they are still not profitable.
