IMHO this can only be good..
Mgt have stated in last Ann they are not keen on dilutive CR so I don't believe reading the very brief TH request letter where it says CR being undertaken that it'll be SP dilutive.
The already happening and I believe NET may be refinancing at better terms. But I'd be happy to take any SH entitlements if offered. (for me even at 1 for 3 I'll still be entitled to several mil shares
