    I guess it depends what they mean by 'a substantial debt repayment'. It might be $5m, or the entire balance of their outstanding debt. I interpreted it at the lower end so that refinancing will still be needed, but I could be wrong. IMO they would have to sell down quite a bit of their producing assets to cover their outstanding debt, even post NGP connection and subsequent price uplift, depends how aggressive LD wants to be (and the price offered by buyers!).
