can't imagine it getting too much worse given the eastern states are back to business as usual-ish and whilst WA lags behind they already sold out of there so no impact.
assuming dividend holds and for 6cps annualised then at a baseline 5% franked with no debt and growth opportunities simply from recovering I can only see this tracking up over time.
if interest rates are heading up then they probably won't be to acquisitive with debt so balance sheet should stay strong.
i'm pretty happy, only disappointment is I didn't get more at 1.05 instead I bout somewhere else that lost me 15% in the same amount of time....
