The words "Final and Best" offer is a ploy to scare away the weak hands into sellng !!
Those that think an extra 10 cents makes a difference are crazy because they could have got more or similar selling on market in the last couple of weeks.
The offer is a low ball opportunistic offer, the shares would be and should be trading at least $3 and a dividend would also be paid out in the next few months.
I am not accepting this unless a "seriously good" offer is presented.
