I understand that the words "Final and Best" offer means they can't increase it, but it's done this way so weak hands sell !!
I say to them, "see you later, let the offer fail" and then we will see if the share price does not rise and shareholders also receive a dividend. I would rather wait for this, so I have voted No !!
