Good luck with that. On the low chance it doesn't go through, it is almost certain that the SP will revisit where it was pre-takeover before/if it moves higher for no other reason than there's a lot of money in MRM playing the takeover that's going to be looking for an exit.
You gotta play the odds, not get hung about moral victories.
