I have finally sold off all my remaining 5GN shares this afternoon; I won't trust this company at all. I have no idea why it increased the offer to $0.135 when Brennan's non-blinding proposal was not getting anywhere at all. For sure, 5GN will acquire CYB now and use up all the cash reserves. I bet the next step is capital raising, which will further reduce the share price and dilute the holding.
