timeline 13th detected 16th (3 days) announced to market and stated business continuity plans are in place albeit with some disruption. 24th (11 days) alternative network in place and functioning. Returning to normal operations
Then yesterday they update and say due to this they’ve missed billing’s target by 4.4million which seems to be a miss of circa 50%+ of expected. That implies to me things are not back to normal re workflow and they are still working slower than normal
Also I found the comment about the 2-2.5m one off costs saying it doesn’t count any possible costs arising from complaints from affected customer or individual. Are they concerned that there will be further costs and complaints/litigation/compensation claims???
