I think there are a few things to consider:
1. Health insurance is more or less an oligopoly and people tend to not like churning too much
2. It seems actual theft has so far been caused with this breach. Therefore class action lawsuits have more weight.
3. LFS already in fairly rocky waters.
Will be interesting to see where this opens up.
