Agree - the pump announcements generally come just before a capital raise in order to pump the price up and get a higher VWAP for a better offer so their is less diluton.
Announcement of recurring revenue renewal after offering a rights issues for shareholders seems counter productive to the statement and if anything we are going to be able to lock in shares at what is quite a discount to what the actual price may be.
Feel like no management wants more dillution than they require of their own shares.
