The conversations they had must be interesting as this took place in late March. Over 2 months ago and yet only now it has gone public. To me its looking like there is a plan in place. CEO steps down results in Resolution 1 of the EGM to be nullified, DFS delayed another 6 months, Treasurer announcement on share sale within 60 days, release the breach info. Whats next, share sale go ahead to an Aussie/American consortium or Iluka, external funding to shore up the DFS, then full steam ahead??? Interesting times ahead.
