3% interest (317 points ) does not seem much of a premium for carrying unsecured loans
Also 32% of the business lending portfolio of 7.6B pounds is largely unsecured which at a 0.5% (55 points) seems to not be reflective of the risk from Brexit
I am not a banker or accountant so possibly way off base
