For a company that is making money, maintaining guidance, with strong customer base able to repay mortgages, has a P/E of 4 and a P/B value below .5, stock price not driven by fundamentals but by macro fear, I would not be too focused on the charts. Charts track the sentiment but not the fundamentals.
