True. I posted about this after FDA approval. The company should have lowered expectations on the roll out because hospital departments are slow. Lots of levels of administrative people who have to sign off on new equipment/technology. Clinicians often identify their preferred new device or tech but then 12-18m can go by before they get access to it (if it's approved by the local hospital exec). This doesn't factor in existing supply agreements that generally have to expire or be used for the alternative products. Radioactive safety etc is another key issue and I'm sure causes delays. Now a few sites within VA are sorted it should pick up and with time Technegas should take most of the v/q market in the US. Let's hope the company are on top of their supply chains and can keep up with demand because once the orders start they won't stop. Good for holders but more patience required. I think this looks ridiculously cheap at this price and eventually the market will wake up. Management need to keep the beyond PE research going as overall v/q use is declining (despite it being very good tech) as ctpa is faster. This will support growth once us market is captured.
