    Very good point @Insiderunner - with a low strip ratio and ore at or near surface it means that they don't need to move much waste before being able to start processing - that can have a very significant impact on NPV and IRR because start up costs are lower and income starts much sooner than if they had to remove a lot of waste before they can start mining and processing ore.
