    Strategically announced separately.

    Can't trust the people involved here to do what's best for shareholders.

    This has been set up for the greedy West Perth fundy pigs to capitalise.

    Although it is now a legit partnership the pigs like Sage and co will get swamped with free shares diluting the register and shareholder value.

    You have to ask yourself how easy all this came about. I would guess that they have already agreed to a buyout price with Vale for the 25% and it's probably not that much.

    The funds and instos with large positions will still make millions.

    Rich get Richer.

    Anyway ... better than going bust.
