Whilst its surprising that the price has closed after confirmation of the Vale agreement at the same price at which it traded when it was not known if the deal would go through, I think that is due to lack of market awareness.
For example, this thread from the announcement has only had 33 posts, of which I have made three.
However, I think articles like this on the HotCopper home page posted 40 minutes ago will help. Given the involvement of Vale I would also expect some coverage in mainstream media over the coming days. Combine that with CLE having a booth at RUI Explorers conference this week and I think the market awareness will improve during the week along with the share price.
