The talks of JV worries me it will be handled the same way as EUR where CLE holdings are diluted to nothing in favour of TS and crew giving themselves greater and greater control.
On a separate note, the tone of a lot of people really changed since release - the 'going to take off', '100 baggers here we come' have turned to justifying the market response through spurious claims. Reality is that this is just continuation of the current path with the risk squarely on CLE even with some somewhat low figures being offered to complete some massive tasks.
Brokers and analysts would have put this through their processes and set it as high risk with the underlying terms and history being less favourable.
My position remains the same - until the deal is done, then TS involved companies are smoke and mirrors not worth the risk on big investment.
