Ann: Cyclone Metals and Vale execute Development Agreement, page-42

Yeah, I was wrong with 20% - just saw the column heading stating "cumulative" but it's on transaction column not on %age column.
But still not sure why we needed it as deal with Vale was signed on 13th Feb and is substatially the same as MOU which was written 3 months ago so first $18M and $120M should be excluded.
Also I'm concerned about the wording as it is confusing ... not sure there isn't room for double-dipping?
Putting my sentiment to None now as really not happy with how things are panning out due to percieved broker/client selling, and we are rewarding them with more.
Just an amature's take on things but doesn't seem to be in shareholder's best interests to me!
