The only reason it’s a 10m market cap is because it can’t go any lower than the current shares on issue x current SP.
in my opinion the 10m MC will tumble on a consolidation - combine that with the expected 8billion share dilution projected in the announcement- just another way for T Sage and his cronies to get paid. - have you noticed the turnover and churn of directors this company has ?
I suspect the few uprampers that are on here to be actually closely associated to the company / rights offers looking for a pump to cash out.
