the fact of the matter is, cyc totally botched something that should've been a home run... and they have not been communicating openly ever since, and have botched multiple updated timelines, so the trust just isn't there.
this effects the trust buyers have in their ability to achieve fda approval and trust in their ability to commercialise if they are successful.
