I still think it's a slow burn to convert nuc med departments to this but provided they are disciplined with their staffing and don't churn through the cash too quickly I think the market will eventually wake up. Once sites are converted the revenue should be pretty stable at each site and incremental for the company. There seems to be lots of enthusiasm for small airways disease and considering this a "treatable trait" for asthma and v/q looks like one of the best placed techniques to measure this. Technegas may also halt the shift to ctpa in the US given v/q spect is superior to older generations of v/q. IMO GLTAH DYOR
