Don't know how to value a cyclotron LOL.
But a screenshot from the 2013 report is attached, in which the Cyclopet/cyclotron facility was written down by $8mil. The flooding in the cyclotron as far as I can tell, was in a non-operating facility which as a result of the write down was essentially worthless on carrying value, partly because of ANSTO doing anticompetitive stuff, if I'm not mistaken.
So essentially we got $2.1mil insurance payout for a worthless asset, plus we have a (semi)working cyclotron to boot?
