It is true that cyc is a very different company to 4d. One is boring and one is exciting. The reality (in clinics) is that people request boring tests because they understand them and they know what they are getting. You never hear the cyc guys claiming they can diagnose lung cancer or covid or doing spots on nightly news or ACA spruiking. They aren't trying to sell a monorail I guess.
