    Someone mentioned hospital procurement being slow and if it's anything like Australia this is true. A nuclear medicine service that decides to switch to Technegas will still have to get approval through their exec and this can take time - even if the clinicians are set to make the change. Not to mention they may have existing contracts with other suppliers that have to run their course or inventory of their old alternatives to get through. These are not just-in-time manufacturers or retailers who can pivot quickly when a new product is released.

    Ill be happy to see some momentum build for sure but it feels like a 12->18m process to get some volume into the US market no matter what the company says. I find it bizarre that this is trading at only ~20c premium to pre-FDA approval.
