Just read another article in today's Australian newspaper about Vanda Gould facing the possibility of up to 10yr jail after being charged a second time in an alleged $300Mil tax scam.
Given these guys have such a large holding in CYC, I think the company does well to avoid the share price being negatively impacted by having such questionable people on the register.
Negative publicity can really affect publically listed companies.
