To be fair, this attempt at FDA has progressed well beyond previous tries, making previous attempts irrelevant.
More to the point is your comment: "I've previously posted my suspicion that the inferior aerosol competitor in the US must be exerting political pressure to stymie Cyclopharm's FDA process."
This would be bizarre if its true and suggest that the FDA is a controlled entity. It would have been much easier for competitors to just lob a takeover bid for CYC (maybe that is coming!!)
