I want to sound a little warning so that you don't get burned. Technegas has been used in Australia for 30yrs. the US FDA as you saw approved it last year for clinical use. In Australia we use CT pulmonary angiography to diagnose pulmonary embolism. I'm also reliably informed that lung imaging with radioisotopes has been on the decline in Australia. It's a nice story as told on live wire today but don't bet your house on it.
