    What does it mean that they "sold" them at $0.35 but "placed" them at $0.73? I can only assume that in the end they're only getting $0.35, and the $0.73 is at best irrelevant and at worst misleading when it's the headline.
    Edit: Understood, it's a tax loophole, and they're actually getting $0.73 - fantastic!
