This was brought up as well. BC mentioned a list of transactions that have gone though recently. Projects without infrastructure and lower grade etc. He stated he doesn't like talking about this side of things. Prefers construction and producing. This may be a contributing factor to subdued SP. Other MDs are more about pleasing traders and protecting SOI.
You can say the market is wrong, but is it? Shrug. it's annoying but one day copper plate will hit the deck.
