Nice extension and revision of terms. Playing hardball would not have made much sense. At least now MLX gets a better seat at the CYM table should the copper market make a meaningful run, and Nifty becomes a viable project again. It could well happen as brownfield projects have a lot of sunk capex at much lower cost vs current greenfields that are much more capital intensive.
