Im pretty sure the only "favours" they may do is to themselves ( GREED ) and other shareholders.
Their stock and other founders of CYP tech will be crucial in any takeover and if , as others have suggested Fidelity stock is actually on behalf of Celularity , then the directors can play Fuji and Fidelity in the chess game
