To value Cynata is almost impossible in my opinion without an audit.

Can WARF take the technology back for non performance?

Maybe they should - I don't have confidence in Kilian to do enough with it. I think I'd almost prefer to write off the residual value in the shares by seeing the technology made freely available to anyone and everyone (so some would do something with it rather than nothing).

If anyone and everyone (all university research groups) had free use of the patent to produce MSCs from iPSCs that might actually produce some good.

Kilian, in my opinion, has already been paid well enough for long enough and had enough chances. He was right next to Ross as they said they couldn't chase Covid around the world.

I think he has been too comfortable on too much pay and also not been active enough. Maybe Jolanta Airey would have been a better choice for CEO.
